Corinth Holders wins Johnston County Cheerleading Grand Championship

The Corinth Holders cheerleading squad took home top honors at the Johnston County Cheerleading Competition, which was held at West Johnston on Wednesday evening.

All Johnston County varsity cheerleading teams competed in the non-tumble or tumble divisions.

Corinth Holders took first place in the tumble division en route to winning the Grand Championship. Cleveland was named the runner-up in the tumble division.

South Johnston won first place in the non-tumble division, while West Johnston was the runner-up.

Junior varsity squads from West Johnston and Clayton also participated in the event as exhibition performances.
